This year, Univers Publishing House celebrates 50 years of activity, during which time it formed the literary tastes of a large audience. Univers Publishing House has published a series of works by the classics William Shakespeare, Honoré de Balzac, Gustave Flaubert, AP Chekhov, Franz Kafka and Marcel Proust, and the collection "The Novel of the 20th Century" has translated important titles from contemporary universal literature for the first time. To mark half a century of existence, Univers Publishing House will organize a series of events, the first of which has as its theme five novels translated in recent years from Canadian literature: Monique Proulx, Monique Proulx Wilderness, What's Left of Me Emmanuel Kattan, Portrait of Queen Emmanuel Kattan, Clandestine Paths Rawi Hage, Carnival. The event is organized in conjunction with the Canadian Embassy! You're welcome!
