Seneca Publishing House, in collaboration with Gabriel Păun – an expert in natural sciences, international relations and diplomacy, but known to the public especially as a fervent activist for the protection of nature and animals – launches the volume “Homo Sentient”, an inspirational book that proposes a reassessment of the role of the human species on this planet. Homo Sentient is a sincere confession, written with lucidity and passion, in which the author proposes a new paradigm: man as a conscious being, deeply connected to the planet and all forms of life. The book brings real stories from five continents, lessons from the life of an activist, pains and revelations, and calls for action through empathy and cooperation. The event brings together: – Gabriel Păun (author) – Oana Pellea (actress) – Adina Dinițoiu (moderator/book editor) – other guests from education, media and activism and Silva, the puppy who inspired and always accompanied the author on his travels “A book like an explosion. The cry of a suffering Planet.” – Oana Pellea “The most necessary voice of our species.” – Radu Vancu For those eager to discover the book, it is already available here: edituraseneca.ro/carti/homo-sentient-gabriel-paun The book is printed on 100% recycled paper, and its impact on the environment is offset by planting a forest meant to grow freely, without the threat of logging. Free admission, limited to available seats
