The dialogues are in 6 languages; the film has Romanian subtitles even for the moments spoken in Romanian - it can also be watched by people with hearing impairments. “In 2007 I started watching a family of shepherds from Romania. For generations, their family had been on the road. In 2008 they told me that he was giving up the road, transhumance. In this way they gave the title of the project: «The last transhumance». In 2010 we expanded the project: we followed in the footsteps of transhumance in Albania, Greece, Turkey, Romania, Italy and the United Kingdom. For Romania I had to find a new family: the Dănuleț family; in a few years their son "arrived" Ghita the shepherd. In these 12 years I went with the shepherds from 6 countries and I gathered a lot of material: over 150 hours of filming, 200 hours of audio recordings and 100,000 photos. material, now, we have reached the last draft of the film - a very close version of the final one.We have chosen to design this draft for several reasons: one of them is the feedback of the public; We have prepared a list of questions - you will find it in the hall. it has never been designed anywhere.
